Unlike traditional threaded membrane housings, Ease Housing uses a bayonet-lock and card-buckle structure for quick and secure opening and closing.
Its separated top cap can rotate independently from the housing, allowing the cap to be opened without rotating the connected pipes. This helps simplify membrane replacement and makes routine maintenance more convenient, especially in systems where space is limited.

Convenience does not come at the expense of durability. Ease Housing is made with PP material from Shanghai Kingfa Plastic and a food-grade EPDM seal for reliable structural and sealing performance.
The housing has passed 300,000 water hammer cycles and achieved a 3.14 MPa burst pressure, demonstrating its ability to withstand demanding operating conditions.
